SCHEDULE “B”

(AGENTS SCHEDULE)

To agreement of lease between

1.            AGENTS COMMISSION :

 

 

The LESSEE warrants that it has been introduced to the THE PREMISES by  xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx and that xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx  is the sole effective cause of the Agreement of Lease. The LESSOR agrees to pay commissions to xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx calculated upon the scale of tariff as recommended by the Institute of Realtors.

 

 

2.            RENEWAL/PURCHASE :

 

 

The LESSEE shall

 a). Have first option to purchase the property during the currency of this lease or at the expiry thereof at a price to be agreed upon between the Lessor (Seller) and the Lessee (purchaser) or

 b). Extend this lease for a further period to be agreed upon in the same terms and conditions as herein contained save the Lease period and the rental shall be reviewed and agreed upon between the LESSEE and the LESSOR on or before……………

…………………..…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………  Should the LESSEE exercise either option or continue occupancy of the PREMISES under any other terms or conditions then the LESSOR agrees to pay commissions to xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx under terms of the scale of tariff recommended by the Institute of Realtors at that time.

 

3.            DEDUCTION OF COMMISSION :
