Sub-Lessor of the abovementioned property/ properties, and being duly authorised hereto,
do hereby grant to xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx an Exclusive / Non exclusive Mandate to Let the
property specified above.
8. Upon fulfillment of this Mandate then I/We shall be liable toxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx
for commission in terms and conditions as recommended by the Institute of Realtors of South Africa
9. The Lessor agrees that in the event of him leasing the property himself or through any
other agent, during the period of this Exclusive Authority To Let , he shall pay commission

of the contract and stamp duty and all charges incidental thereto.
12. This Mandate shall be indefinite but subject to cancellation by either the Lessor
